WESTCO ADDS PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE TO ITS GROWING RANGE

Westco - the market’s one-stop-shop for plumbing and heating products - has added another winning valve to its portfolio, with the introduction of a new DZR pressure reducing valve.
More streamlined and compact than ever, the automatic valve - which reduces as well as stabilises the pressure of a fluid in a liquid distribution line between 1.5 bar and 5.5 bar. It comes factory present to 3 bars output and is suitable for all systems in particular domestic applications and can be installed on cold or hot water supplies
Installed after the water meter, at the inlet of the domestic line, or at the feeder for small tanks or boilers, the PRV offers a simple, hassle-free solution thanks to its internal self-cleaning valve and totally silent operation.
Westco’s PRV helps to protect hydraulic disposals by avoiding an overload of pressure in the water distribution conduit. It also keeps the outlet pressure steady at the outlet, even if there’s a sudden
pressure increase at the inlet.
The new Westco range includes 3 sizes 15mm, 22mm, ½” FI and ¾” MI as well as gauge.
